Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced React.js Team Lead to drive the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of frontend developers, collaborate closely with product and backend teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of React.js developers.

- Architect, design, and develop modern web applications using React.js.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and development standards.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to deliver business requirements.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Drive frontend architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.

- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and production issues.

- Implement reusable components and maintain frontend libraries.

- Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and performance standards.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6+ years of frontend development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integrations.

- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficiency in Git and modern development workflows.

- Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and design patterns.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of frontend performance monitoring and optimization.

- Experience in SaaS product companies.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS.
