About the Role :

Were looking for an AI Engineer to help build intelligent, conversation-driven ordering experiences for the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will work with Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and real-world food data to develop smart, personalized, and seamless user journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build intelligent ordering journeys using LLMs (Large Language Models) and multi-agent systems.

- Work with real-world food data, user behavior models, and conversation-driven commerce to enhance customer experience.

- Design and implement AI-driven chat and recommendation systems for order prediction and personalization.

- Analyze customer behavior data to optimize menu suggestions, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

- Collaborate with data, product, and design teams to align AI outputs with business goals.

- Continuously experiment with AI models to improve ordering accuracy and customer engagement.

- Ensure AI systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with data privacy and ethical standards.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning development.

- Strong coding skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) and LangChain or similar frameworks.

- Experience working with multi-agent systems or conversational AI tools.

- Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and recommendation systems is a plus.

- Exposure to F&B, e-commerce, or consumer-tech domains preferred.

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
