We are seeking an experienced PHP / Laravel Developer to join our Omni Channel Banking team. You will be instrumental in designing and developing our product offerings, with a primary focus on building secure, high-performance modules and features for our online product. This role requires a strong full-stack approach, blending deep expertise in PHP/Laravel with a solid understanding of front-end technologies like CSS and JavaScript frameworks to ensure responsiveness and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Module Design & Development : Design and develop efficient, reusable, and thoroughly testable modules and templates for our online banking product.

- Architecture & Planning : Actively help with designing and planning the various modules within our core product architecture.

- Performance Optimization : Proactively identify and solve complex performance problems across the application stack to ensure high responsiveness and speed for end-users.

- Maintenance & Quality : Troubleshoot, rigorously test, and maintain the core product software to ensure stability, reliability, and security.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with a cross-technology team (including frontend specialists, designers, and other backend engineers) to successfully build out new features from concept to deployment.

- Code Quality & Mentorship : Mentor team members and perform regular code reviews to enforce high code quality standards, adherence to best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Professional experience developing and maintaining applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

- Backend Expertise : Strong proficiency in PHP and extensive experience with the Laravel framework.

- Frontend Knowledge : Necessary understanding of front-end technologies, including CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Database Skills : Experience designing and optimizing database schemas and queries (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Version Control : Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Problem-Solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex performance and stability issues.

Preferred Skills : Experience in the FinTech or banking sector, or developing high-security, high-availability applications.
