We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer Tech Lead to join our team in Bangalore.

As a key member of our technology team, you will leverage your technical and leadership skills to guide the development of scalable digital solutions that power customer engagement.

This is a full-time position for experienced professionals with up to 10 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills :

- Proficient in Java (Mandatory skill), demonstrating advanced understanding of backend development and scalable applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS (Mandatory skill), building responsive and dynamic user interfaces across platforms.

- Solid expertise in database technologies such as MYSQL SQL or Postgre SQL (Mandatory skill), including database schema design and optimization.

- Required knowledge in Cloud Architecture for deploying, managing, and scaling secure cloud-based solutions effectively.

- MUST have exposure to Microservices architectures, creating modular and resilient enterprise-grade applications.

- Required skill in Solution Architecture for designing and executing robust technical solutions that meet business needs.

- Required experience in Software Architectural Design, evaluating and implementing best practices and emerging technologies.

- Demonstrated ability to work in and lead teams, mentor junior developers, and coordinate with stakeholders for project success.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Lead, design, and architect full stack solutions leveraging Java, ReactJS, and advanced database technologies in line with product requirements.

- Guide and oversee end-to-end deployment of cloud-based applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Plan and implement microservices and solution architecture strategies, driving modernization and modularization of existing systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and intelligent customer engagement platforms integrating AI and NLP.

- Stand as a technical mentor for junior engineers, conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and fostering skill development.

- Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

- Ensure thorough documentation, reporting, and compliance with industry and security standards throughout the development process.

- Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies, providing recommendations for enhanced digital automation and performance.

Work Location : Bangalore (Work from Office).
