Job Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore.

This is a full-time position ideal for professionals with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.

You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions, leveraging advanced technologies for global clients in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications And Skills :

- Minimum of 7 years and maximum of 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, handling complex enterprise projects end to end with proven success.

- Expertise in Java (Mandatory skill) for building robust backend systems, scalable APIs, and enterprise-grade business logic applications.

- Advanced proficiency in React (Mandatory skill) for creating responsive, feature-rich, and highly interactive user interfaces and frontend architecture.

- Hands-on experience in JavaScript (Mandatory skill) for both frontend and backend programming with efficient code structure and optimization.

- Strong understanding of solution architecture, including designing scalable software solutions, integration points, and system interoperability in cloud and hybrid environments.

- Demonstrated capabilities in software architectural design, translating business requirements into maintainable, well-architected technical solutions and frameworks.

- Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture for building distributed applications that improve agility, scalability, and fault tolerance.

- Effective team leadership experience, leading engineering teams with best practices, code reviews, technical upskilling, and mentoring junior talent.

- Ability to drive stakeholder management by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and providing clear technical guidance and updates.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy responsive, reliable, and scalable full stack solutions across multiple platforms and messaging channels.

- Architect and implement backend and frontend modules using Java, React, and JavaScript to drive digital process automation and customer engagement journeys.

- Lead solution architecture discussions and make design decisions that align with enterprise scalability and security standards.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and fostering an environment of engineering excellence and learning.

- Interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate business goals into deliverable solutions.

- Develop and maintain microservices that support integration with major messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, FB Messenger, and more.

- Participate actively in code reviews, technical design reviews, and process enhancements to maintain high code quality standards.

- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams, ensuring end-to-end fulfillment of digital customer journeys to create superior user experiences.

Work Location : Bangalore (Work from office).
