We are looking for Senior Fullstack Developer (React and Node) Guindy, Chennai.

This is a fulltime permanent position.

What youll do :

- Work on the FAST-Engineering Team in launching a new self-serve platform for our customers and support building this new product (FAST) due to an increased demand from our customers and as an initiative to automate efforts.

- Experience and expertise in front-end development in REACT, Node JS and Javascript.

- Build well-designed, high performance and effective front-end web applications that support complex business rules/flows.

- Leverage experience to establish best practices for web development and drive the team and the codebase to a higher level.

- Contribute to Application Solution Design and work with technical architects, business, product, and UX team members to influence the application data-flow design and extensible product platform architecture.

- Be a product engineer and collaborate with various business functions and translate business requirements into simple user stories in partnership with the engineering lead and other developers on the team.

- Develop UI/UX wireframes using tools such as Figma.

- Apply user experience methodology and best practices to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging user-centered design.

- Pioneer new frontend initiatives and champion them to the rest of the frontend team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

- Experience leading POCs and demonstrating speed to market.

- Someone who loves to learn and passionate about helping others.

What we seek in you :

- Experience working in Agile development environment.

- Looking for someone 5+ years of experience.

- Experience with Jira, Github, CI/CD and other development life-cycle tools.

- Designing web and mobile applications.

- Developing wireframes as per UI/UX principles.

- Understanding development in REACT, NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript

- Strong experience with AWS Services like AWS Lambda, EC2, S3

- IT Implementation and project management experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies

- Experience in persona development, information architecture, wireframe, and prototyping.

- Familiarity with Figma and similar software.

- Experience in healthcare, or related, is a plus.
