Role Overview :

We are looking for a Technical Lead Frontend Developer to lead our frontend development efforts, build scalable applications, and mentor a high-performing team.

If you have strong Angular/React experience, a passion for clean code, and leadership skills, this role is for you!

Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend development and guide the team on best practices.

- Design and develop advanced Angular applications, focusing on scalability and performance.

- Build high-performance, scalable web applications.

- Work with Angular 4+ / React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

- Integrate with REST APIs for seamless data handling.

- Mentor junior developers, leading by example in best practices and code quality.

- Architect new features and ensure they align with the overall system architecture.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine and implement designs.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of frontend development experience.

- Strong expertise in Angular 4+ / React, JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience in responsive design and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and UI/UX best practices.

- Experience with team leadership and mentoring.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance.

- Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.

- Knowledge of server-side rendering with Angular Universal.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.

- Experience with cross-functional team coordination.

Educational Qualification : Tech/B.
