TruSpeQ - SAP PP/QM Consultant

Description :

- Lead end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules in S/4HANA environments.

- Provide strategic consulting to align SAP solutions with manufacturing business objectives.

- Map complex manufacturing and quality processes (shop floor, inspection, quality notifications, batch management, etc.) to SAP best practices.

- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to design integrated digital manufacturing solutions.

- Define solution architecture, functional design, and system integration between PP, QM, MM, PM, and FI/CO.

- Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and system enhancements leveraging SAP tools.

- Mentor junior consultants and ensure high-quality project delivery.

- Support audits, compliance, and quality standards across production and inspection processes.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in stakeholder meetings and business transformation programs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 12+ years of SAP consulting experience in PP and QM modules, with at least 34 full lifecycle implementations.

- Proven expertise in manufacturing industry processes, including production execution, planning, quality inspection, and shop floor integration.

- Strong knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, PM, and FI/CO.

- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (Manufacturing and Quality Management).

- Deep understanding of Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Inspection Plans) and MRP strategies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in automotive, discrete, or process manufacturing industries.

- Exposure to MES/MII, Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), or AI/ML-based process

optimization tools.
