TruSpeQ - SAP PP Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, implement, and support SAP PP modules (Discrete, Process, or Repetitive Manufacturing).

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.

- Manage Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, etc.).

- Support production planning, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.

- Integrate PP processes with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO modules.

- Handle incident management, system enhancements, and performance optimization.

- Conduct user training, documentation, and UAT for end users.

- Collaborate with developers for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and system governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 8 years of experience in SAP PP module configuration and support.

- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA PP preferred.

- Solid understanding of production orders, MRP, and capacity planning.

- Experience with integration points between PP and MM, SD, QM, FI/CO.

- Exposure to Shop Floor Control, Demand Management, and Long-Term Planning.

- Strong analytical, communication, and client-interfacing skills.

- Experience in manufacturing industry projects is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in Production Planning (PP) is a plus.

- Experience in process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

- Exposure to MES or APO/IBP integration desirable.
