We are hiring QA Leads with strong expertise in ETL testing, AWS, SQL, and Snowflake.

The role demands 610 years of experience in validating large-scale data pipelines and ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data engineering solutions.

Overview :

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end testing lifecycle for cloud-based data platforms.

You will lead validation efforts, design testing strategies, and ensure high-quality releases of ETL workflows and Snowflake-based data models.

Experience Required : 610 Years.

Location : Hybrid / Remote (Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, Hyderabad).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead QA strategy and execution for ETL, Snowflake, and AWS-based solutions.

- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for data validation.

- Perform strong SQL testing for data transformations, aggregations, and performance.

- Validate integrations across ETL tools, Snowflake, and AWS services.

- Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure defect-free releases.

- Drive adoption of QA best practices, automation frameworks, and reporting standards.

Requirements :

- 6 to 10 years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 3+ years in data/ETL QA.

- Strong expertise in AWS services relevant to data workflows.

- Hands-on experience in ETL testing, SQL validation, and Snowflake.

- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end QA processes.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum QA environments.

- Knowledge of test automation tools for data validation (e.g., Pytest, DBT tests).

- Exposure to data governance and compliance testing.

- Prior experience in performance testing of data pipelines.
