Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Appian Solution Lead to architect, design, and spearhead the delivery of Appian-based business process solutions. This pivotal role is critical in driving end-to-end solution design, ensuring all applications align seamlessly with business goals, technical standards, and Appian best practices. You will lead the technical vision and guide a team of Appian developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of complex Appian Business Process Management (BPM) applications.

- Collaborate extensively with business analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and various stakeholders to meticulously gather business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Appian solutions.

- Define the comprehensive technical architecture, integration design, and robust security layers for Appian applications, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards.

- Guide and mentor a team of Appian developers, providing technical oversight, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

- Drive the adoption of Appian best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and technical solutioning for new Appian opportunities.

- Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on Appian BPM development and solutioning.

- Proven experience as an Appian Lead or Architect, successfully delivering multiple end-to-end Appian implementations.

- Deep expertise in Appian platform features, including process models, SAIL interfaces, records, reports, integrations, and security.

- Strong understanding of BPM methodologies and process re-engineering principles.

- Proficient in defining technical architecture, integration patterns (e.g., web services, APIs, databases), and security considerations for Appian applications.

- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams, including conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Appian certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Lead Developer, Appian Certified Associate Developer) are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with database technologies (SQL, relational databases) for Appian integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Prior experience in pre-sales or proposal development for Appian solutions.
