Exp : 5 - 8yrs

Location : Pune , chennai , mumbai , Bengaluru

Work Shift : 6 : 30 PM IST to 3 : 30 AM IST

Minimum Required Skills :


- Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) an IRM processes, metrics, and key performance indicators

- Must have solid understanding and experience in using several web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX and developing integrations with the ServiceNow platform using web services, SOAP, email, MID, plugins

- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

- Has proven leadership experience in managing small teams and projects


- Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing


Role Overview :


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM professional with strong exposure to ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform integrations.


The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow IRM solutions while also contributing to ITSM, GRC, ITAM, and ITOM/CMDB modules.


This role requires a good mix of technical expertise, process understanding, and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, implement, and support ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.


- Work closely with business teams to provide creative and effective solutions for risk, compliance, and service management challenges.


- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including IRM, ITSM, GRC, ITAM, and ITOM/CMDB.


- Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations using web services, SOAP, REST, email, MID Server, and plugins.


- Monitor and improve IRM processes, metrics, and KPIs to ensure operational effectiveness.


- Provide technical leadership by managing small teams and project deliverables.


- Ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and stakeholders across regions.


- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and customer-facing documentation.


- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities. Required


Skills & Experience :


- 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with strong focus on IRM.


- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management.


- Experience working with ServiceNow integrations using: Web Services (SOAP/REST) MID Server Email and Plugins


- Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML JavaScript, AJAX


- Understanding of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and related technologies.


- Proven experience in leading small teams and managing project activities.


- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Good to Have :


- Experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB optimization, or ITAM implementations.


- ServiceNow certifications (IRM, ITSM, or CSA).


- Experience working in global or night-shift environments
