Job Overview :

TrueTech is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Angular (front-end) and NestJS with TypeScript (back-end), along with experience in relational and NoSQL databases.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the complete web development lifecyclefrom creating intuitive user interfaces to building scalable backend services and managing databaseswhile ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain client-side and server-side components of web applications.

- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications using Angular (v16 or higher).

- Develop robust and secure backend services using NestJS and TypeScript.

- Design, manage, and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs; exposure to microservices architecture is a strong plus.

- Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

- Apply best practices related to performance optimization, security, and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, and production support when required.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Required Skillset & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong fundamentals in programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Strong hands-on experience with the following tech stack :

- Angular (v16 or higher)

- NestJS

- PostgreSQL

- MongoDB (preferred)

- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have / Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, or similar.

- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience in a Senior Developer or Lead role.

- Strong understanding of database design, indexing, and optimization techniques.

- Knowledge of application security best practices and secure coding standards.
