Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infra Admin / ITSM Lead with strong hands-on expertise across ITSM tools, DevOps, CloudOps, and Linux administration.

The role requires deep operational ownership of Jira and Confluence administration, combined with practical experience in CI/CD pipeline creation on GCP and system-level troubleshooting.

This position is ideal for a technically strong professional who can manage day-to-day infrastructure and ITSM operations while also contributing to DevOps and cloud initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

ITSM & Collaboration Tools Administration :

Administer Jira and Confluence, including :

- User access management

- Role and permission configuration

- Workflow configuration and maintenance

- Space, project, and plugin administration

- Provide operational support and governance for ITSM processes.

- Ensure tool availability, performance, and adherence to best practices.

DevOps & CloudOps :

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Support deployment automation and release management activities.

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.

- Monitor pipelines and resolve build/deployment failures.

Infrastructure & Linux Administration :

Perform hands-on Linux system administration, including :

- Server provisioning and configuration

- User and access management

- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting

- Support infrastructure stability, availability, and security.

- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Operations & Leadership :

- Act as a lead for Infra / ITSM operations, ensuring SLA adherence.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and service improvements.

- Document procedures, configurations, and operational runbooks.

- Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure and ITSM processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Infrastructure Administration / ITSM / DevOps.

- Strong hands-on experience as a Jira & Confluence Administrator.

- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline creation and management on GCP.

- Solid hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.

- Good understanding of CloudOps and DevOps practices.

- Experience handling production environments and operational support.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to ITIL processes and best practices.

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

- Knowledge of scripting (Shell/Python) for automation
