We are looking for an experienced Web Frontend Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development of our web-based personal loan service. Our service currently supports three platforms - iOS, Web, and Android - with a significant and growing portion built on a shared web codebase, allowing us to deliver a seamless experience across devices.

As a Web Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, and optimizing our web application, ensuring it is scalable, fast, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in India and Korea, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will :

- Build high-performing client code that is fast, testable, scalable, and high quality.

- Drive strong collaboration with other engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on great solutions.

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable frontend components.

- Optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.

- Contribute to code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes.

- Work with the product team to define and execute new features.

- Debug and resolve issues to improve application stability.

Qualifications :

- 4 - 7 years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks

- Strong proficiency in Next,js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

- Solid understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem, including bundling, linting, testing, and releasing.

- Strong understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.

- Experience building frontend applications at scale.

- Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.

- You strive to write clean, maintainable, and long-lasting code.

- Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.

- Experience in responsive design and cross-platform web development, including desktop, mobile, and in-app web views.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Familiarity with Storybook for UI component development.

- Experience with Zustand, Tailwind CSS

- Understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing Core Web Vitals

- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude (Claude Code) and Cursor, including agentic workflows and prompt engineering to accelerate development
