Truboard Partners - DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help us build, manage, and scale our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, automation, and modern DevOps tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps.

- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

- Implement and manage container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of deployed environments.

- Manage and optimize cloud environments (Azure).

- Automate operational tasks and system configurations using scripting.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes.

- Maintain configuration management using tools like Ansible.

- Manage secrets and credentials securely using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or similar tools.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure).

- Proficiency in CI/CD tooling and infrastructure automation.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of networking, Linux systems, and security best practices.

- Strong scripting and automation skills.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools and performance tuning.

Nice to Have :

- Certification in Azure Fundamentals, DevOps or Architecture.

- Experience with Git Ops and progressive delivery practices.

- Exposure to serverless architecture

- Knowledge of container security practices (e.g., image scanning, policy enforcement.

- Working knowledge of database DevOps (automated migrations, backups, scaling).
