About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team and lead the end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on solution design, team management, and delivery ownership. Key Responsibilities :

- Own technical architecture, design, and delivery of end-to-end systems

- Hands-on development of Microservices and RESTful APIs

- Drive integration with third-party systems, including wallets and payment gateways (nice to have)

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to ensure seamless releases

- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 5+ engineers

- Lead solution implementation, testing, and release cycles

- Ensure coding standards, quality, and best practices are followed

- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment

- Operate effectively in a lean, collaborative, small-organization setup

Key Requirements

- 10 to 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in Microservices and REST API development

- Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, PostgreSQL or other RDBMS

- Experience with Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch

- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure

- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Git, Maven, and Shell scripting

- Strong solution design and architectural skills

- Prior experience managing teams and large-scale product development

- Experience in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage

- Familiarity with Node.js and React is a plus

- Knowledge of Python is a bonus

- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities

Good to Have :

- Exposure to frontend technologies like React

- Experience integrating complex third-party systems

- Working knowledge of Python

- DevOps exposure (CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration)
