Job Title : Node.js Developer

Experience : 3 to 5 years

About the Role :

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Node.js Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications. Youll be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to full-stack development using the MEAN stack, with a focus on backend services in Node.js. This role involves hands-on development, testing, deployment, and collaboration across teams.

Educational Qualifications : BE / BTech / BCA / BSc (CS) / MCA / MCS or equivalent

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js applications

- Develop high-quality, scalable backend services using Node.js and NoSQL databases

- Ensure consistent implementation of HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript across applications

- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot/debug applications

- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment

- Collaborate with team members and report progress, evaluations, and technical issues

- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and practices in web development

- (For Leads) Manage and mentor team members, and oversee the complete application development lifecycle

Mandatory Skills :

- Node.js (2-5 years of hands-on experience with at least 1 year on a continuous Node.js project)

- NoSQL databases MongoDB / CosmosDB

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

- Kafka (minimum 1 year of development experience)

- Microservices Architecture (minimum 1 year of experience)

Optional / Good to Have :

- Experience with MEAN stack

- Familiarity with MVVM/MVC architectures

- Experience deploying to or developing with Microsoft Azure

- REST API integration using Angular

- Working knowledge of Cosmos DB

- Experience leading a team of developers (for Team Lead role)
