Role Overview:
As a Tririga Tester, you will be integral to ensuring the quality and reliability of our Tririga implementations. Your day-to-day will involve meticulously testing Tririga modules and functionalities, identifying defects, and working closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and end-users, to understand requirements and validate solutions. Your work will directly impact the successful deployment of Tririga solutions, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications to ensure thorough coverage of Tririga functionalities.
- Perform manual testing of Tririga modules, including real estate management, facilities management, and project management, to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Document and track defects using a defect tracking system, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce for efficient resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to analyze and resolve identified defects, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of test plans.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously resolved defects do not reappear after code changes or updates.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing standards and best practices to improve the overall quality of Tririga implementations.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Tririga applications.
- Proven expertise in manual testing techniques and methodologies, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of Tririga modules and functionalities, including real estate management, facilities management, and project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
