Job Title : Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams

- Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics

- Drive planning, execution, risk management, and delivery

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders

- Track program progress and provide regular status updates to leadership

- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve them

- Establish best practices for program management, processes, and documentation

- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

- Facilitate sprint planning, release management, and post-launch reviews

- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 5 years of experience in program/project management in a technical environment

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar
