Job Description

Job Summary :

As a Product Manager, you'll lead a cross-functional squad focused on enhancing operations and the post-flight booking experience at TripJack.

Reporting to the Principal product manager, you'll drive process automation initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce friction for agents, and elevate agent satisfaction.

Your work will transform how we handle post-booking interactions such as changes, refunds, and support making them intuitive and proactive.

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and customer care teams to identify pain points, iterate on solutions, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced, travel-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead insight generation through data analysis, user feedback, and stakeholder interviews to uncover opportunities in post-flight operations and automation.

- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, prioritizing features that automate workflows (e.g., AI-driven refunds, real-time notifications) while maintaining a delightful traveler experience.

- Partner with UX designers to craft simple, coherent interfaces for both internal ops tools and customer-facing post-booking flows.

- Oversee execution: Break down complex projects into iterative milestones, test hypotheses, and launch features that drive 10x productivity gains for ops teams.

- Mentor junior PMs, foster a high-performing squad culture, and evangelize best practices in agile product development.

- Monitor KPIs like resolution time, customer NPS, and automation adoption to validate impact and iterate rapidly.

What You'll Need :

- 2+ years in product management at a tech or SaaS company, with 2+ years leading customer-facing or ops-focused products in travel, Logistics, Payment gateways, e-commerce, or fintech.

- Strong UX sensibility and experience building intuitive tools for internal users (e.g., agents or ops teams) alongside external experiences.

- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making, using tools like SQL, analytics platforms, or A/B testing to solve ambiguous problems.

- Comfort collaborating across functions (engineering, design, ops, finance) and turning constraints into innovative solutions.

- Passion for travel tech and automation; bonus if you've optimized post-purchase journeys or integrated APIs for real-time processing.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
