Job Description :

We are looking to hire a Principal Lead Software Engineer to be responsible for one or more of our cloud-based/on-prem products.

Responsibilities :

- Work in a team with developers and QA engineers, coordinating with cross-functional product teams.

- Mentor developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, quality assurance principles, and agile methods.

- Lead technical discussions, troubleshooting sessions, and code reviews.

- Deliver large product changes from conception through architecture, development, and deployment.

What You Will Do :

- Design and implement complex Angular components, modules, and features with end-to-end ownership.

- Produce well-structured, maintainable, and thoroughly tested frontend code.

- Contribute to frontend architectural discussions and identify risks early.

- Build and own complex Kendo Grid/UI implementations and reusable UI component libraries.

- Translate UI/UX wireframes into accessible, performant Angular components.

- Integrate REST APIs with expert handling of authentication, interceptors, and error states.

- Own frontend security (XSS/CSRF protection, secure token handling).

- Drive Angular framework upgrades and manage complex asynchronous data streams using RxJS.

- Work within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 7 - 9 years of software development experience with deep Angular expertise.

- Expert-level knowledge of Angular (v14+, v21 preferred) and TypeScript.

- Deep experience with Kendo Grid/UI, RxJS, and REST API integration.

- Strong unit testing discipline (Jasmine/Karma or Jest).

- Working knowledge of Java/Spring backend services and SQL/Oracle database structures.

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
