Role Overview :

As a UI Tech Lead at TRIKA TECHNOLOGIES, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented UI developers in building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performant user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the technical direction of our UI development and ensuring the successful delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of UI developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable UI solutions using React.js, Next.js, and other modern web technologies.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and refine UI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure the quality and performance of UI code through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

- Drive the adoption of best practices for UI development, including accessibility, performance optimization, and security.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI development and evaluate their potential impact on our products.

- Contribute to the development of our UI component library and design system.

- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate UI components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of UI developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Extensive experience in developing complex user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.

- Solid understanding of state management principles and experience with Redux.

- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in UI development.
