WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture :

- Architectural Excellence : Lead the design and solutioning of complex, high-scale Unified Commerce ecosystems. Ensure all technical blueprints align with industry best practices while addressing specific e-commerce nuances such as peak-load scalability, omnichannel integration, and secure transaction flows.

- Governance & Quality Assurance : Establish a rigorous framework for technical excellence by conducting regular code and architecture reviews. Ensure all implementations strictly adhere to internal organizational standards and evolving industry benchmarks.

- AI Strategy & Innovation : Proactively drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into the development lifecycle. Focus on leveraging AI to enhance code quality, automate repetitive tasks, and significantly accelerate the speed of delivery

- Cloud-Native Strategy : Define and implement the technical strategy for building cloud-native, service-based applications using microservices and containerization. Ensure all systems are modular, independently deployable, and optimized for both security and cost-effectiveness.

- System Resilience & Reliability : Engineer highly available and resilient architectures capable of handling peak e-commerce traffic. Implement proactive monitoring, and robust failover strategies to ensure seamless continuity and high performance under stress.

Strategic Growth & Sales Support :

- Pre-Sales Engineering : Serve as the technical authority during the pre-sales phase, partnering with stakeholders to translate business requirements into viable technical roadmaps and winning client confidence.

- Technical Estimation & Scoping : Develop precise, data-driven technical estimates for Statements of Work (SOWs). Balance resource allocation, timelines, and technical complexity to ensure project profitability and realistic delivery expectations.

- Prototyping & POCs : Lead the execution of Proofs of Concept (POCs) for both prospective sales opportunities and ongoing high-impact projects. Use these prototypes to validate emerging technologies and de-risk complex implementations before full-scale rollout.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU :

- Strong front-end architecture experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with modern frameworks such as React/Next.js, Angular, and Vue.js.

- Owned architecture design and technical direction for complex distributed systems, collaborating across engineering teams to ensure scalable and robust implementations.

- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Azure.

- Architected cloud-native systems leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies to deliver scalable and resilient platforms.

- Designed scalable NoSQL data architectures using MongoDB and similar databases to support high-volume transactions and real-time system performance.

- Experience designing highly available, scalable, and secure systems using microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, and other modern architecture patterns.

- Architected end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation to enable fast, secure, and consistent software releases.

- Led architectural initiatives in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure rapid, scalable, and aligned product delivery.

QUALIFICATION :

- Graduate - BE / Btech or equivalent.

- 10 years of experience

- Self motivated and quick learner with excellent problem solving skills.

- A good team player with nice communication skills.

- Energy and real passion to work in a startup environment.
