We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior UI Technical Lead to drive the architecture, design, and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in frontend technologies, team leadership, UI architecture, and enterprise application development.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering exceptional user experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end frontend architecture and UI development for enterprise-scale applications.

- Design and develop responsive, scalable, and reusable UI components and frameworks.

- Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and coding best practices across teams.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, UX designers, backend teams, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Review and optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.

- Define frontend engineering standards, governance, and development processes.

- Mentor and guide frontend developers and technical teams on modern UI development practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, technical design discussions, and release planning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI and integration issues.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility compliance.

- Evaluate and recommend emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.

- Drive CI/CD implementation and frontend deployment strategies.

- Work closely with DevOps and cloud teams for deployment and environment management.

- Support production releases, defect resolution, and continuous platform improvements.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.

- Extensive experience with Angular, React.js, or Vue.js.

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and micro frontend architecture.

- Experience in state management libraries such as Redux, NgRx, MobX, or Context API.

- Expertise in REST APIs, GraphQL, and frontend-backend integrations.

- Hands-on experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and reusable UI libraries.

- Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Vite, or Parcel.

- Expertise in version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with unit testing and automation frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, or

Selenium.

- Knowledge of design systems and UI/UX principles.

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices-based applications.

- Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with enterprise application modernization initiatives.

- Familiarity with server-side rendering and progressive web applications (PWA).

- Knowledge of security best practices for frontend applications.

- Exposure to AI-driven UI experiences and analytics dashboards is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
