Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and AWS.

- Drive data infrastructure decisions, focusing on PostgreSQL, Redshift, and advanced data engineering pipelines.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI-first features and keep up with emerging AI trends.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code and manage technical debt effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong communication and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.

- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) including EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, and Redshift.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI.

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and data warehouse solutions (Redshift).

- Proven experience in data engineering, including ETL pipelines, data modeling, and optimization.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments and thrive in ambiguity.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with AI/ML pipelines or data science platforms.

- Familiarity with tools like Airflow or similar.

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
