Description :
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Embedded Engineer to work on a cutting-edge video processing and camera optimization project. The role requires deep expertise in NVIDIA Jetson platforms, GStreamer internals, and real-time embedded video pipelines.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end camera pipeline optimization, focusing on image quality, performance, and ultra-low latency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end camera pipeline :
- Sensor ISP GStreame Display
- Improve image quality including sharpness, color accuracy, and consistency.
- Identify and significantly reduce end-to-end video latency.
- Review, refactor, or rewrite custom GStreamer C++ plugins and pipeline components as required.
- Ensure zero-copy GPU pipelines (NVMM) and correct caps negotiation.
- Tune ISP parameters such as exposure, gain, white balance, and sharpness.
- Optimize pipelines using nvarguscamerasrc and NVIDIAs ISP framework.
- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks in real-time embedded video systems.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 712 years of experience in embedded systems, multimedia, or video processing.
- Strong hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms:
- Deep knowledge of GStreamer / DeepStream internals and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with CSI cameras and Sony IMX series sensors.
- Strong experience with nvarguscamerasrc and NVIDIA ISP pipelines.
- Solid C++ development skills, especially for GStreamer plugin development.
- Proven experience in low-latency, real-time video systems.
- Strong debugging and profiling capabilities.
Nice to Have :
- Experience in medical imaging, robotics, or advanced vision systems.
Familiarity with :
- Argus API
- V4L2
- Understanding of Image Signal Processing (ISP) concepts.
- Exposure to GPU-accelerated embedded pipelines.
