Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of real-time applications, ensuring robust middleware, front-end integration, and seamless deployment.

- Architect and build scalable, high-performance server-side applications from scratch.

- Drive best coding practices, conduct in-depth testing with real-world scenarios, and ensure timely feature delivery.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, front-end developers, and ML engineers, aligning technical execution with business objectives.

- Innovate with emerging technologies, integrating modern solutions to optimize performance and scalability.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring team-wide excellence.

Mandatory Skills :

- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Backend Development: 8+ years of deep expertise in Node.js, working on enterprise-level applications.

- Frontend Development: Strong experience in React, React Hooks, Redux, Thunk/SAGA, Webpack.

- Database Expertise: Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL, including ORM libraries (Sequelize, Prisma).

- Agile Leadership: Expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and code versioning (Git).

- Architectural Thinking: Deep understanding of design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to develop efficient, forward-thinking solutions that enhance application reliability.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Chart Libraries: Familiarity with Echarts, Chart.js, Leaflet, D3.js for data visualization.

- Unit Testing: Hands-on experience in automated unit tests and test-driven development (TDD).

- Additional Frameworks: Knowledge of Flask, Django.

- Containerization & Microservices: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
