We are looking for a Senior Software Developer - Backend Focus who's passionate about building robust, scalable systems and pushing the boundaries of automation and AI-driven solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves experimenting with the latest backend and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.

- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB for efficient data modeling and storage.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.

- Integrate and manage payment gateways like Stripe and Razorpay.

- Develop and deploy serverless functions using AWS Lambda.

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.

- Implement intelligent automation using tools like Windsurf.

- Work on AI integrations using OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

- Design and optimize AI prompts for high-performing outputs.

- Handle prompt chaining, context management, and memory in AI integrations.

You Are a Great Fit If You :

- Have solid hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, and database systems.

- Understand how to build secure and optimized APIs.

- Have experience working with OpenAI APIs, especially in prompt engineering.

- Know how to integrate prompts into backend logic.

- Understand how to chain prompts, manage memory, and maintain AI context.

- Are familiar with tools like Windsurf or other automation platforms.

- Have experience deploying and scaling services on AWS.

- Can independently troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.
