We are seeking an experienced Support & Implementation Consultant with expertise in RSA Archer GRC to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance practice.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting RSA Archer solutions across various GRC domains.

This role requires a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, compliance processes, Archer platform administration, and stakeholder management.

The consultant will work closely with business users, risk teams, compliance teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective GRC solutions while ensuring ongoing platform support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead and participate in end-to-end RSA Archer implementation projects.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Configure Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, reports, and notifications.

- Design and implement custom applications, access controls, and data-driven workflows.

- Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, and implementation plans.

- Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production validation.

Application Support :

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Archer GRC applications.

- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.

- Monitor system health, application performance, and platform stability.

- Manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and problem management activities.

- Support upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance activities.

- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and support processes.

GRC Process Enablement :

- Implement and support various Archer GRC modules including :

1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

2. Operational Risk Management

3. IT Risk Management

4. Vendor Risk Management

Reporting & Analytics :

- Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive-level risk reporting.

- Create data feeds, calculated fields, and advanced reporting solutions.

- Provide insights into risk, compliance, and control effectiveness.

Integration & Data Management :

- Configure Archer Data Feeds and Data Imports.

- Support integration with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

- Perform data migration, validation, reconciliation, and transformation activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams for API-based integrations.

Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure solutions align with organizational governance and compliance requirements.

- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and internal audit programs.

- Assist in risk assessments, control testing, and remediation tracking.

- Maintain platform security, user roles, and access controls.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 4-12 years of relevant experience in RSA Archer implementation and support.

- Hands-on experience with multiple Archer modules and GRC implementations.

- Archer certification(s) preferred.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, consulting, or large enterprise environments.

- Exposure to cloud-based GRC environments and security governance initiatives.

- Experience supporting global stakeholders and large-scale risk management programs.

- Participation in Archer platform upgrades and transformation projects.
