Role :

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and architect scalable, high-performance solutions for our suite of trading and brokerage technology products. You will work closely with product teams, engineering, and clients to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures that meet the demanding performance and reliability standards of capital markets systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end technical architectures for Tradelab's trading terminals, OMS, RMS, and exchange connectivity platforms

- Define system integration strategies for connecting trading applications with exchanges, clearing systems, and third-party financial data providers

- Architect low-latency, high-throughput solutions that handle real-time market data processing and order execution

- Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients, understanding their infrastructure requirements and proposing optimal deployment architectures

- Design cloud-native and hybrid deployment models ensuring scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery capabilities

- Define API architectures and microservices strategies for modular, maintainable system components

- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices for the engineering team

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and infrastructure components

- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technical due diligence for new initiatives

- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Mentor engineering teams on architectural principles and design methodologies.

Skills & Experience :

- 5- 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong track record of designing complex distributed systems

- Prior experience in the FinTech or Capital Markets industry is mandatory

- Deep expertise in designing high-performance, low-latency systems with real-time processing requirements

- Strong knowledge of trading system architectures, order management, risk management, and market connectivity protocols (FIX, OUCH, ITCH, etc.)

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Expertise in microservices architecture, API design (REST, gRPC, WebSocket), and message-oriented middleware (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

- Strong understanding of database architectures including both SQL and NoSQL solutions optimized for high-throughput scenarios

- Experience with system performance optimization, caching strategies, and load balancing

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
