About the Role :

As a Senior TPM AI / LLM / Data Engineering at Tracxn, you will lead the design and execution of complex technical programs across the organization. You will define scalable solutions, optimize systems, and ensure successful program delivery while mentoring junior TPMs. This role requires strong technical depth, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive high-impact initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Program Execution : Define technical use cases, propose scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end program rollouts including engineering sign-offs.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex technical challenges and translate them into actionable initiatives.

- Technical Documentation : Write detailed technical specification documents for engineering teams, ensuring clarity and execution readiness.

- Performance Monitoring : Define, implement, and regularly track KPIs to measure technical program effectiveness and operational excellence.

- Program Ownership : Take full ownership of program strategy and execution, making transparent decisions and defending technical approaches.

- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior TPMs, fostering growth and technical capability within the team.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, IT operations, or software development with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to solve real-world problems.

- Hands-on, collaborative team player with empathy for users, colleagues, and stakeholders.

- Strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions on time.

- Willingness to mentor junior TPMs and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
