Job Role/Title : Software Engineer

Experience Range : 3-8 years

Location : Bengaluru

Core Skills (Mandatory) :

- Hands-on experience in driver development (Ethernet, PCIe, I2C, UART, etc.) using C

- Bootloader development and Firmware development (including board bring-up)

- Experience with Linux / Embedded OS

- Hardware knowledge interpreting schematics, datasheets, and debugging on board

- Process-based development experience (from requirements analysis to testing)

- Strong debugging skills

- Ability to independently drive module-level development and collaborate with global teams

Optional / Good to Have :

- Exposure to Automotive domain

- Knowledge of AVB, gPTP, mSRP, Avdecc protocols

Key Responsibilities :

- Own complete module development lifecycle from requirements to testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver robust solutions.

- Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and on-board testing.

- Drive innovation and process improvements in embedded systems development.
