TOSCA Lead - SAP Testing

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA testing initiatives using TOSCA automation framework.

- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

- Develop and maintain automated test cases in TOSCA for SAP S/4HANA modules and related applications.

- Ensure compliance with testing standards, methodologies, and best practices.

- Manage defect lifecycle, including logging, tracking, and resolution in coordination with development teams.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to testing team members and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.

- Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders.

- Support UAT and coordinate with business users for successful sign-off.

- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software testing with at least 4 years in SAP S/4HANA projects.

- Strong expertise in TOSCA automation framework and test case design.

- Hands-on experience in SAP testing across multiple modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD, etc.).

- Proven ability to lead testing teams and manage large-scale testing programs.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired :

- Certification in TOSCA and SAP testing methodologies.

- Experience with Agile/DevOps environments and continuous testing.

- Knowledge of performance testing and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager and Test Suite.

- Domain expertise in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace is a plus.
