About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Tosca Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in web application testing to join the QA team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing automation test cases using Tricentis Tosca, along with solid functional testing knowledge. Candidates with prior experience working in reputed MNCs and Agile environments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing for web applications.

- Create reusable automation components and optimize existing test suites.

- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.

- Execute manual and automated test cases and report defects using defect tracking tools.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand requirements and resolve issues.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.

- Ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test planning and execution.

- Perform root cause analysis for production defects and support UAT when required.

- Prepare test execution reports and maintain QA documentation.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 5 years of QA experience with strong automation testing exposure.

- Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation Tool.

- Strong experience in Web Application Testing.

- Good understanding of Test Case Design Techniques.

- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing.

- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- SQL knowledge for backend validation.

- Experience with JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services domain will be an advantage.
