Job Role : Tosca Automation Test Engineer

Experience : 6 Years (4 years in Tosca)

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the test automation initiatives using Tosca within the project.

- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

- Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management teams to understand functional and non-functional requirements.

- Manage a team of test automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

- Execute and monitor automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Review and optimize test automation frameworks, ensuring best practices and Tosca standards are followed.

- Identify test coverage gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure full coverage.

- Work closely with stakeholders to report test progress, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution.

- Ensure smooth integration of test automation within DevOps pipelines for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Conduct defect tracking, bug reporting, and follow-ups to ensure resolution.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 4 years in TOSCA.

- Expertise in Tosca Test Suite, including designing and developing test cases using Tosca.

- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality work output.

- Excellent understanding of the SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex test automation issues.

- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
