IBM Planning Analytics-TM1 Developer

We are seeking a skilled IBM Planning Analytics-TM1 Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing technology solutions for finance processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Cognos TM1, Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX), with a strong focus on data integrity, automation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize TI processes, TM1 rules, and web sheets to ensure efficient data processing and automation

- Create, support, and enhance reports and dashboards using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)

- Utilize Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX) to develop excel-based financial reports and analyses

- Collaborate with finance teams to understand planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all TM1 models and reports

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within finance technology solutions

- Provide troubleshooting and support for existing TM1 applications and related tools

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with TI processes, TM1 rules, and web sheets

- Experience in building and supporting Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) reports and dashboards

- Proficient with Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX) for financial reporting

- Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies

- Good knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics platform components and functionalities

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or related field
