Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. Responsibilities :

Developing and understanding the product roadmap, aligning it with company goals, customer needs, and market trends.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and establish clear product goals and metrics.
Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the product development process. Updating product documents.
Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
Conduct user testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve product features and usability.
Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Monitor product performance and analytics, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and drive user engagement.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
2-3 years of experience working as a Product Manager in a product company.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of product development processes, including requirements gathering, UX design, and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product features.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in using product management tools and software.
