Flutter Mobile App Tech Lead to architect, develop, and deliver high-performance cross-platform apps while guiding engineering teams and driving best practices.

This role includes ML model integration, scalable system design, CI/CD ownership, and cross-functional leadership to ensure robust, user-centric mobile solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Mobile App Tech Lead with strong expertise in architecting, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications.

This role involves leading end-to-end technical delivery, guiding the engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of high-quality Flutter applications.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the mobile engineering team.

- Own technical decision-making, code reviews, and enforcement of coding standards.
Collaborate with product, design, QA, ML/Data Science, and backend teams for end-to-end delivery.

- Flutter Mobile Engineering Develop and maintain advanced, production-ready Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

- Optimize application performance, memory usage, rendering, and offline capability.

- Work with platform-specific APIs, device hardware, sensors, and native modules.

- Build modular, scalable codebases with best practices ML Model Integration Integrate ML models into the mobile app

- Work closely with Data Science/ML teams to convert, compress, and optimize models for mobile.

- Implement on-device inference pipelines ensuring performance, speed, and accuracy.

- Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize ML inference time on resource-constrained devices.
