Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to design and drive the architecture of high-performance RAN performance monitoring solutions for next-generation 5G networks. The role requires strong expertise in Golang, React.js, and distributed systems, along with deep domain knowledge in telecom and RAN KPIs. You will play a critical role in shaping scalable, real-time systems while mentoring teams and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, design, and continuously evolve the end-to-end system architecture for RAN performance monitoring platforms.

- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant, high-performance backend systems using Golang.

- Establish frontend architecture using React.js, ensuring modularity, performance, and seamless integration with backend APIs.

- Design and review distributed systems, microservices, and data pipelines for real-time and near-real-time analytics.

- Drive technical strategy, architectural standards, and best practices across teams.

- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools aligned with long-term scalability and maintainability.

- Conduct architecture reviews, design discussions, and code reviews to ensure high quality and consistency.

- Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and ownership.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, system engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Align architecture decisions with business goals, performance SLAs, and customer needs.

- Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and operations.

Technical Requirements :

Core Skills :

- 812 years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a software architect or technical leadership role.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang for backend development.

- Advanced experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.

- Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices architectures.

- Strong background in telecom domain, especially RAN architecture, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.

- Experience working with high-throughput, low-latency, real-time systems.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting) for large-scale systems.
