Tietoevry - Senior Software Developer - Golang/Telecom

We are seeking a skilled Golang Developer with strong experience in the Telecom domain to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and applications.

The role involves working on scalable, distributed systems supporting telecom platforms such as OSS/BSS, network services, mediation, billing, or real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang Build highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices for telecom applications

- Work on telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing, mediation, provisioning, or network management Integrate applications with telecom protocols, network elements, and third-party systems

- Develop REST/gRPC APIs and real-time processing services Optimize system performance, latency, and reliability for high-throughput telecom environments

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps teams

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis

- Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and telecom compliance standards

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of backend development experience with Golang Strong experience in Telecom domain (OSS/BSS, Core Network, VAS, Billing, Mediation, NMS)

- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems Proficiency in REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON

- Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

- Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
