About the Role :

We are looking for a visionary Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of our user-facing platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for more than just writing code; you will be architecting the frontend ecosystem, ensuring that our applications are scalable, performant, and provide a world-class user experience.

As a senior member of the team, you will bridge the gap between sophisticated design and technical implementation.

You will take ownership of the frontend architecture, drive engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement highly scalable, modular, and reusable frontend components using React, Vue, or Angular.

- Architect robust state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Pinia) that handle complex data flows with ease.

- Optimize build processes and developer experience using tools like Vite, Webpack, and Turborepo.

- Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into responsive, fluid interfaces with a deep focus on typography, spacing, and motion.

- Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive Design System to ensure visual consistency across all product lines.

- Ensure all web products meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, making our platform usable for everyone.

- Drive application performance by optimizing the Critical Rendering Path, implementing code-splitting, and improving Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS).

- Establish a rigorous testing culture, overseeing unit tests (Jest/Vitest), integration tests, and end-to-end testing (Cypress/Playwright).

- Lead technical design discussions and conduct deep code reviews to maintain high standards of maintainability and security.

- Provide technical guidance and career mentorship to mid-level and junior frontend engineers.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and Designers to define roadmap priorities and technical feasibility.

Category Must-Have Skills :

- Frameworks : Expert knowledge of React.js (or Vue/Angular) and modern hooks/patterns.

- Languages : Mastery of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern HTML5.

- Styling : Advanced CSS/SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and CSS-in-JS (Styled Components).

- State/Data : Proficiency with TanStack Query (React Query) and REST/GraphQL APIs.

- Testing : Hands-on experience with Jest and Cypress/Playwright.

- Performance : Deep understanding of Browser APIs, DOM manipulation, and caching strategies
