Job Description :

Senior AI Engineer - Microsoft Copilot Studio & Automation.

Exp : 6 to 10 years.

Location : Bangalore(Hybrid).

What Youll Do :

- Build AI agents & copilots on Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate / Logic Apps.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services.

- Implement RAG, grounding, semantic search using Azure OpenAI & Azure Cognitive Search.

- Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices.

- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams.

What You Need :

- 6 to 10 years of experience with at least 2 years on building AI solutions.

- Strong experience with Power Platform and Azure OpenAI.

- Hands-on work with Copilot Studio (prompt flows, topics, plugins, connectors).

- Solid integration experience (API, Azure Functions, APIM).

- Good programming background (C#, Python, JS).

- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, grounding.

Nice to Have :

- M365 Copilot extensions or Graph connectors.

- Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.

- Experience with enterprise app development.
