Position Name : Golang Lead with Telecom domain.

Location : Bangalore.

About The Role :

We are looking for talented software engineers and architects to join our team working on cutting-edge 5G RAN performance and monitoring solutions.

You will be working in an agile team, involved in developing high-performance backend services and intuitive frontend dashboards to monitor, analyze, and optimize RAN performance.

Responsibilities :

- Lead development of scalable backend services in Golang.

- Architect and optimize React-based dashboards.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to system design.

- Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements.

- Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams.

- Act as Scrum Master in a cross-functional team.

Requirements :

- 5- 9 years of experience in software development.

- Advanced expertise in Golang and React.js.

- Experience with microservices, containerization, and CI/CD.

- Strong understanding of telecom systems or RAN KPIs preferred.

- Leadership in code quality, architecture, and team collaboration.
