We are looking for an experienced TIBCO BWCE Developer to join our integration development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE), along with strong exposure to microservices, containerization, and CI/CD practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade integration solutions in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE).

- Build, deploy, and manage microservices-based applications leveraging TIBCO BWCE.

- Integrate systems using API-based and event-driven architecture patterns.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between systems and applications.

- Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts and perform data integration tasks involving database read/write operations.

- Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, deployment, and testing processes.

- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and orchestrate TIBCO BWCE applications.

- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to define technical requirements and translate them into robust integration designs.

- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.

- Document system designs, workflows, and operational procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 7+ years of total experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE).

- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

- Experience in PL/SQL and working with relational databases.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management using tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.

- 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Solid understanding of application deployment strategies in cloud or containerized environments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an agile team environment.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of API Gateway tools and TIBCO EMS or TIBCO FTL messaging systems.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

- Familiarity with DevOps and automation frameworks.
