Tibco Administrator - Middleware

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled TIBCO Administrator with hands-on experience in managing EMS,deployments, and enterprise middleware environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, a customer-first mindset, and the capability to handle production-grade setups in fault-tolerant and load-balanced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and manage TIBCO EMS in Load Balanced/FT mode

- Configure SSL using PKCS7/12 certificates for EMS and routes

- Handle new EMS instance creation, including monitoring unit setup

- Create and manage destinations, routes, and bridges

- Provide functional guidance on EMS to development teams

- Troubleshoot TIBCO EMS and BW-related issues effectively

- Deploy TIBCO BW using GUI and AppManage (backend deployments)

- Configure load balancing and fault tolerance in BW

- Tune system performance parameters as needed

- Configure and monitor HAWK alerts

- Participate in and support Disaster Recovery (DR) Tests

- Ensure alignment with client expectations and SLAs

- Collaborate with vendors on product-level troubleshooting

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of TIBCO EMS and TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)

- Proficient in UNIX/Linux environment

- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation is a plus

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication written and verbal

- Customer-oriented and collaborative team player

- Ability to interact across teams and with external vendors
