Tibco Administrator

Description :

- Perform SSL setup using PKCS7/PKCS12 certificates for EMS and routes

- Create and configure new EMS instances, monitoring units, destinations, routes, and bridges

- Support and guide developers with strong knowledge of EMS functionality

- Deploy applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) via GUI and AppManage (backend deployment)

- Configure fault tolerance and load balancing across TIBCO components

- Perform performance tuning of EMS and BW deployments

- Troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues across integration platforms

- Configure and manage Hawk alerts for monitoring

- Perform Disaster Recovery (DR) testing periodically

- Work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional teams to meet expectations

- Coordinate with TIBCO vendors for product-related troubleshooting and escalations

Required Skills & Expertise :

- SSL certificate management (PKCS7 / PKCS12)

- Deployment via AppManage

- Performance tuning of EMS and BW

- Hawk configuration

- Unix environments

- Strong troubleshooting capability for integration systems

- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Understanding of ITIL processes / change & incident management

- Exposure to cloud-based integration ecosystems
