About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Senior Developer to design, develop, and deliver robust digital solutions tailored to business requirements.

This role involves working closely with solution architects, developing custom modules, integrations, and workflows, and extending CRM functionality using modern technologies and the Power Platform.

You will also support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide consulting expertise to ensure seamless CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Development :

- Collaborate with architects to develop custom modules, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CE.

- Extend CRM functionality using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

- Build and optimize APIs and integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

System Customization & Configuration :

- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.

- Implement security roles, business rules, and data management strategies.

- Lead and support data migration activities.

Performance & Support :

- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, system errors, and integration failures.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.

- Support the CRM architect in preparing technical documentation and solution guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and customization.

- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

- Solid understanding of CRM entities, workflows, security, and business process flows.

- Strong knowledge of data migration techniques and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in Agile project environments.
