Thryve Digital - Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with 6+ years of experience to oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership in managing software delivery lifecycles, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients to ensure project alignment, timely execution, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and manage the delivery of software projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and success criteria

- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to understand solution design and ensure delivery alignment

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies

- Maintain strong client communication, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction

- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and quality standards

- Drive sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and status reporting

- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination if applicable

- Continuously improve delivery processes and promote a culture of accountability and excellence

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project/delivery management roles

- Solid technical background in software development, architecture, or engineering (Java, .NET, Node.js, or similar)

- Strong experience in managing full SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and modern delivery models

- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or Trello

- Experience coordinating distributed or remote teams across geographies

- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Proven success managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification

- Experience delivering projects in domains such as fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or enterprise SaaS

- Familiarity with resource planning tools, cost tracking, and forecasting

- Exposure to data/AI, mobile apps, or enterprise integration projects
