Thryve Digital - Senior DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and optimize our DevOps strategy across various projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and DevOps tooling, with a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable DevOps pipelines across the organization.

- Evaluate and streamline existing DevOps practices to enhance efficiency and reduce manual

overhead.

- Establish and manage a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)

environment to accelerate software delivery.

- Engineer efficient and reliable processes for development and operations teams.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical

challenges.

- Supervise and manage day-to-day technical operations, ensuring high availability and

performance.

- Define and enforce DevOps operational standards and procedures.

- Exhibit leadership and team management capabilities to guide and mentor DevOps teams.

- Support 24x7 cloud or SaaS operations with proven incident management experience.

- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively manage capacity and scaling.

- Leverage expertise in GitLab SaaS, CI/CD with GitLab YML, Google Cloud Platform (GCP),

Terraform, Python, Unix, and OpenShift.

- Manage Java build artifacts using Maven and Gradle.

- Utilize configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, and container platforms like

Docker.

- Automate provisioning of services and configuration of middleware.

- Work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

- Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate systems and processes for improvements.

- Support CI/CD implementations for Mainframe, Java, and Database applications.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, agile methodologies, and cloud-native

technologies.

- Experience with infrastructure as code, version control, and release management.

- Deep familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud cost optimization.
